Psychological Skills for Mental Fitness

Psychological Skills for Mental Fitness

$0.00Price

Just like physical fitness, good mental health requires knowledge, skills, and effort. It requires learning to think and live in ways that increase resilience and a sense of wellbeing.

The psychological skills development exercises and resources included in this workbook will help you become familiar with my approach and provide you with tools that can help you reach your goals.

The approach relies on Trauma-Informed Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or TI-MCBT (adapted by Dr Galen Cole — www.galencole.com). Research has consistently demonstrated that TI-MCBT is the most effective form of evidence-based psychotherapy and self-directed change for a wide range of problems, including conditions like depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, PTSD, addiction, anger, and insomnia. TI-MCBT has also been demonstrated to help individuals excel in their personal and professional lives.

Because TI-MCBT has been demonstrated to be more effective when you  learn the underlying principles and master specific core TI-MCBT skills, I will encourage you to learn and master the TI-MCBT principles and skills that relate to your unique situation and goals.
